We are TUX mobility, driving the future of transportation with solar-powered cargo vehicles that challenge the norms of conventional EVs. We are committed to creating cleaner solutions, thus reducing emissions.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to mitigate the range limitations of EVs, while providing a clean and CO2 neutral alternative to conventional EVs. Our solar-powered cargo vehicles seamlessly combine cost-effectiveness, sustainability and high-performance all at once.

OUR JOURNEY SO FAR

2020

TUX MOBILITY IS FOUNDED

It took a trip in a traditional tuktuk for our founders, Fleur and Laurens, to understand that there was a growing demand for clean, compact and affordable vehicles. And the Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs) powered by solar energy were born! The same year as TUX mobility was born, it also won Startup of the Year!

2021-2022

DEVELOPMENT OF SOLAR CHARGING TECHNOLOGY

We brought together an international team with diverse experiences including big brands like General Motors, Ola Electric, VDL, Dott, and Ampere to help us out. Together we worked at building solar powered vehicles that were affordable and sustainable. Our focus was on evaluating the solar business on low-cost markets.
